This is the seasoning granule for Pho – a Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup. You now can easily cook this especial dish with our Vegan Vietnamese Beef Noodle Seasoning Granule. Both non – vegans and vegans can use this.
Sugar, Salt, Monosodium glutamate 621, Corn starch, Pepper, Cardamom, Clover, Cinnamon, Anise, Anise – star, Coriander, Dry mandarin, Ginger.
COOK INSTRUCTIONS BEEF NOODLE:
Water: 500ml, Veg beef meat: 45g, Au Lac Vegan Vietnamese Beef Noodle Seasoning Granule: 25g, Roasted ginger and onions.
Fry the veg beef meat in a pan. Dissolve Au Lac Vegan Vietnamese Beef Noodle Seasoning Granule into 500ml boiling water. Add sliced ginger and onions. Add a few veg beef meat. Arrange green onion, basil, bean sprouts, chili on plate.
Please keep in dry and cool place, recover packing tightly after use. Avoid direct sunlight
