This is the seasoning granule for Pho Ga – a Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup. You now can easily cook this especial dish with our Vegan Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Seasoning Granule. Both non – vegans and vegans can use this.
Salt, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate 621, Corn starch, Pepper powder, Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Anise, Anise – star, Coriander, Dry mandarin, Ginger
COOK INSTRUCTIONS CHICKEN NOODLE:
Water: 500ml, Veg chicken meat: 45g, Au Lac Vegan Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup Seasoning Granule: 25g, Roasted ginger and onions.
Fry the veg meat in a pan. Dissolve Au Lac Vegan Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup Seasoning Granule into 500ml boiling water. Add sliced ginger and onions. Add a few veg chicken meat. Arrange green onion, basil, bean sprouts, chili on plate.
Please keep in dry and cool place, recover packing tightly after use. Avoid direct sunlight
