- An invoice will be sent to you, with the option to pay in person at our office in HCMC Vietnam, or via bank transfer. Initial Invoice does not include import tax and shipping from New York Vietnam.
- Items in US will be shipped to our New York Distribution center by the supplier. The Vietsbay's office in NY will confirm the item has been received, weigh, photograph and reshipped the items via UPS to the Vietsbay's office in HCMC.
- The intended receiver can pick up their package at our HCMC branch; or the item can be reshipped to their location after the remaining balance is paid in full.
- depending on warranty, If they item(s) are not as described or defective, we will reship the item back to the supplier for a refund or exchange for the cost of the goods.
- Ordering Packages from non US companies or sellers
- Item(s) and shipping costs can be paid for at our office in HCMC, and Vietsbay can pay international suppliers and logistics.
- Item(s) can be shipped directly to the intended receiver.
- Cost of goods, shipping balance, and taxes must be paid in Full prior to claiming Merchandise.
