COOK INSTRUCTIONS CURRY VEGAN:
Sweet potato: 150g, First water of coconut (coconut milk): 100ml, Second water of coconut (coconut milk): 400g, Veg meat: 45g, Au Lac Vegan Curried Seasoning Granule: 20g, Lemongrass (pat): 2 sections
Fry all the ingredient except for curried granule, first and second water of coconut. Pour 400ml of coconut milk in a large pot, over low to medium heat. Cook over boiling water till thick. At the last, add 100ml of coconut milk in the large pot.
