"Oolong 79" - Red Oolong is a very valuable tea type which is uniquely ordered by Song Hy Tra in organic tea field - Vina Suzuki. In order to make this special "Oolong 79", they select only tea leaves with bite mark of caterpllars (caterpillars have a special ability to find the best leaves). The process is also longer than normal Oolong type. The leaves have to be fermented to 90% to achieve its sweet ripe fruit flavor with natural nectar. "Oolong 79" buds are light brown and green mixed, made into catchy sphere pieces.
